Having previously owned successful physio clinics and worked with high profile international and national sports teams, my decision to work for an employer and a multi disciplinary allied health practice, was not undertaken without serious consideration.  Enriched Health inspired me with values and an ethical framework congruent to my own.

As a team, we really are working to make a difference for our clients.  Our physio policy of exclusive, one on one patient  focus, with half hourly appointments allows for the time it takes to educate and promote self management as well as provide sound clinical intervention.  Working within an allied health environment means any one professions' shortfalls are minimised while each profession's unique skills and knowledge are maximised resulting in a win for our clients.  Communication within the team allows for the promotion of knowledge and understanding,  a keystone to professional acceptance and integrity.

In the time I have worked for Enriched Health I have been overwhelmed by the dedication, passion and commitment of the Enriched Health team to providing high quality services. It's exciting to be a part of this multi disciplinary team and to be able to contribute to providing a multi disciplinary service to our clients. Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists and Counsellors work together to support the community to recover from work place injuries, manage chronic illness, adjust to life changes etc. Through our multi disciplined approach, of focusing on both psycho social and physical needs, we aim to empower our clients to improve their health outcomes.

In the short time I have been with Enriched Health I have had the privilege of witnessing the changes people can make in their lives when they are given the opportunity to access the tools and supports to assist them. Our "partnership approach" to care invites people to be fully involved in their care and it a real privilege for me as a Counsellor to be apart of this process within peoples lives.

After many years working as director of regional emergency departments, I decided to change direction. Sports medicine appealed to me as a way of positively influencing people's quality of life by helping to manage various injuries and problems that impede their maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I completed a masters diploma in sports medicine at NSW Uni then was accepted into a further 4 year training program to qualify as a specialist sports physician.

The proper management of injuries needs a team approach, from correct diagnosis, to management, progress review and help with fitness recovery. The team at Enriched Health is able to deliver an integrated management that works well. All ages and fitness levels are catered for, not just athletes or weekend warriors!

Having always had a passion for working with people and for working in sport, Exercise Physiology seemed like my perfect career. As my first clinical job out of University, Enriched Health has opened my eyes that there is so much more for an Exercise Physiologist. Working in a multi-disciplinary environment I have the opportunity to continually progress my clinical skills, with the guidance from senior staff, as well as from other practitioners of different fields. I began working with Enriched Health not long after graduating from University. After 4 years of intense study I was slightly nervous about re-entering the workforce. Simon & the team at Enriched Health made the transition from work to study seamless for me. I found the environment at Enriched Health to be supportive and conducive to learning.
